We offer professional development opportunities with 8 paid hours per month for growth and learning aligned with career goals. We recognize and celebrate achievements, big and small, showing appreciation for everyone's hard work. Transparent communication is encouraged, allowing employees to share thoughts, ideas, and concerns directly with leadership. We organize team-building events, off-site retreats, virtual team lunches, and occasional parties to build camaraderie. Attracting and more importantly, retaining top talent in a highly competitive market is a persistent challenge.
